This card was made for the Magnolia-licious April Layout Challenge. I have been wanting to use this background image for some time and finally was able to put some color to it! Images by Magnolia Stamps. Colored by Copic markers. I used the Small mega deckled rectangle, Tag die from Cuttlebug, dewdrops and a flower from a Making Memories dimensional flower set.
